This is pretty much one of my most favourite things - a casual barbecue beach brunch. Seriously easy, fun and yum. With a view to die for - hello Byron Bay! - for free.
Our family celebrated Mother's Day a week early this year.
With my mother-in-law and her handsome beau hitting the road this week (heading to Cape York) and my own mama already #ontheroad (somewhere between Townsville and Tennant Creek) we opted for a laid-back beach brunch last Sunday.
Light up the public BBQs...
Free-range bacon. Check. Eggs. Check. Local avocados. Uh-huh. Serve in a bun. Eat. Voila!
